I'm pleased to say that the sell of my house of 26 years would not have gone so through (not exaggerating) without the exceptional guidance (resulting from years of demonstrated experience in selling homes) from Ms. Ressie Wilson. The house was being sold as directed by a Divorce Decree so the situation was VERY MESSY. Ms. Reese effectively navigated through the MESS and was so helpful in providing suggestions in preparing the house for sell. She identified what had to be done and what should be done to maximize the value of the home. After work repairs were completed, the house was sold within two weeks at top dollar. I was extremely pleased with Ms. Reese's performance and highly recommend her. She is totally professional, knows the business of selling homes, and is very friendly (even when dealing with Messy clients).
